Overview

The Forecast Section is where you'll input all of the components that make up your business model. On each of the four Forecast pages you may insert a business model component by clicking the blue button on each page, and selecting the component that relates to your business model.


Revenue Page



The Revenue Page is where you’ll build the revenue model (made up of individual revenue streams), and Cost of Goods sold that converts the customers you forecast into sales.

Expense Page


 

The Expense page is where you’ll input all of the operating expenses you expect to encounter as the business grows.

Personnel Page



The Personnel page is where you’ll input all of the personnel expenses(Employee salaries, Contract fees and other employee related expenses) you expect to encounter as the business grows.

Working Capital Page



The Working Capital page where you can add Funding, Assets, Dividends, Taxes and Cash-Flow assumptions. You can set percentages of Taxes applicable, Tax frequencies,  Sales on Credit, Days to get paid for accounts receivables, Purchase on credit, and days to pay for accounts payable.
