In upmetrics, you can upgrade/downgrade your plan at any time.


In case of a downgrade, you will need to remove the number of workspaces which does not fit into the lower version of plan you are downgrading to.

When you upgrade/downgrade your plan, your billing amount will be calculated as per number of days you have used the current plan and remaining amount will be used in the upcoming payment.


To downgrade/upgrade your plan, Please follow the below steps:


Step 1:

Navigate to the subscription page from left side menu.

On this page, you will see your active plan along with other available plans.


Step 2:

Choose the plan you want to upgrade/downgrade to and click on "SUBSCRIBE" button and you will be redirected to Your Order page.


Step 3:

On this Your Order page, review the plan you want to subscribe to and payment amount and click on "Proceed To Checkout"  button.

FYI: When you upgrade/downgrade your plan, your billing amount will be calculated as per number of days you have used the current plan and remaining amount will be used in the upcoming payment.


Step 4:

Review the payment amount and payment card details on this page and click on "Pay & Subscribe" button to proceed.


Step 5:

On successful payment, you will be redirected back to application and you will see new plan activated on subscription page.
